CALL FOR PAPERS
THE 9TH BIENNIAL CONFERENCE OF HONG KONG ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION
December 12-13, 2016 The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong
The 9th Biennial Conference of the Hong Kong Economic Association will be held at The University of Hong Kong (HKU) from 12 to 13 December, 2016. It will bring academics, researchers, policy makers, and practitioners together to present research outputs and discuss recent economic issues of common concern, and thus extend the frontiers of economic knowledge. The HKEA has invited a number of renowned scholars to deliver keynote speeches, including Nobel Laurent Prof. Sir. James Mirrlees and Prof. Pol Antras of Harvard University.
Please submit your papers/abstracts by 14 August, (Sunday) 2016. Preference will be given to completed papers. We welcome papers in all fields of economics. Submission should include a one-page abstract (plus full paper if available) with JEL numbers, key words, and detailed information of the author (full name, title, organization and contact information). Acceptance decision will be made by early September, 2016 and only selected manuscripts will be notified. Registration should be made by 16 October (Sunday), 2016.
